All graduates of RCSI can request an official transcript of results, letters of verification, additional copies of degrees and diploma certificates through the Student, Academic and Regulatory Affairs team. Please complete the document request form and the team will be happy to help.
If you are not receiving emails from RCSI, it is likely we don't have the correct contact details for you on file. Please update your details here and we will add you to our contacts list for future communications.
If you did not receive our annual magazine (sent annually in June/July), it may be that we have the wrong address details for you on file. Please update us with your details and your address will be updated on our system to ensure you receive the next mail-out.
To be eligible to vote in the Seanad Election (NUI constituency), a graduate's name must be on the NUI Seanad Éireann Register of Electors. Online registration claim forms can be found here.
NUI graduates (who are otherwise eligible) who return completed Registration Claim Forms to the NUI Office by 26 February in any given year will be listed in the NUI Seanad Éireann Register to be published on 1 June of that year.

Class reunions take place five years after the date of your graduation and every five years after this date as part of our Alumni Gathering.

All graduates who left RCSI over 50 years ago are invited to our annual Jubilee Celebration, which coincides with the events in the Alumni Gathering programme. We will contact these graduates by July each year – please contact us if you have not received communication.
